Can. White head. Hazy pale golden orange color.
I don’t think that simcoe belongs in a NE ipa. Or at least a dominant portion. It’s too earthy and oniony for the style. Melon, honeydew, and some mango. Decent, but BP does way better.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on December 27, 2018. Look is hazy amber with a thick creamy head. Smell and taste is citrus, tropical fruit and pine. Feel is medium in body.

L-Turbid, hazy oak/golf color
S-Citrus (oranges) and pine.
T-Tropical fruit flavors on the taste with pineapple, and papaya noticeable. Citrus with oranges as well. A heavy splash of grain alcohol too.
F-Medium bodied...sharp alcohol bite.
O-Grain alcohol sharpness overrides the positive qualities brought out from the hops.
