Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on December 26, 2018. Look is hazy straw with a foamy head and lingering lacing. Notes of juicy citrus fruit.

16oz can with a wall of text explaining the rationale behind this beer. Pretty cool way to get the story out. Pulpy straw yellow body, slightly darker golden hue, two finger frothy white head, good retention, lots of lacing. Smell is resin, big floral, a bit of grapefruit skin, big leafy herbal aromas with a mild background of mildly sweet caramel and touch of sugar. Flavour follows; fairly floral and herbal hop aromatics, slightly dank, but not bitter. Mild sweet sugary background. Dab of grapefruit, but mostly herbal and floral but in a NE fashion. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation, solid mouthfeel and fairly herbal finish.
