Deep ruby/burgundy pour with zero head. Looks a lot like a Merlot.
Smells delicious — straight up tart dark berries. Raspberries, cranberries, blueberries and faint sweetness on the back.
Tastes tart and zippy across the tongue it’s crisp with a wash of sweetness midway through to reign in the pucker power, lactose and subtle vanilla filling in softly around the edges. Delicious, tart, crisp, lightly sweet. Finishes clean. Way too easy to drink.
Excellent kettle sour from Brewing Projekt.

1 PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a deep purple hue. It is topped with an inch of pink head that leaves spotty lacing.
The smell is a sensory overload of berries. The vanilla comes through as well but is humbled by the berry smell.
There is sweet berry flavor up front that is quickly followed by a wonderful tart flavor. Each sip I taste a different combination of the berries. There is just enough vanilla to let me know that it is in there.
Medium mouthfeel with a semi dry, syrupy mouthfeel
This is delicious and refreshing.
