A big thanks to Jeff for this one. 16oz. can into Night Shift stemware. Shared with schen9303.
Nose is a Mounds chocolate bar. I LOVE Mounds chocolate bars. Copious amounts of chocolate, coconut and a spritz of mint. Lots of vanilla and lactose also. Beer opens milk chocolate, vanilla, toasted coconut, coconut shavings and lactose. Molasses, fudge and more chocolate in the middle, finishing with notes of roasted malt, smoke and char. Sweet, syrupy aftertaste. Delicious! Body is full with low carbonation. Chewy and rich on the palate and goes down soft. Warm. Lingering aftertaste that isn't heavy.
Really a pretty good beer and I'm a huge sucker for Coconut stouts so this is a must try in my book.

Can. Tan head that fades. Black color.
Lots of coconut and lots of chocolate. Kind of pastry but not dessert. Fudgy. Full bodied but not oily thick. Light roasted malts. For the price, this is tough to pass up. Great beer!

Appearance: Poured pitch black with little viscosity. The head was a bit weird though, very thin, bubbly, and fizzy. Disappeared quickly.
Smell: Instant shredded coconut to the nose followed by chocolate. This is basically a mounds bar.
Taste: Yes, the coconut comes up front but then the beer is surprisingly robust with a charred bitterness. Black coffee comes to mind - very heavy on the dark roast. There is sweetness in form of bittersweet dark chocolate throughout. This is interesting, one could say this is the opposite of their former Almynd Joyz stout which was sweet.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, smooth, creamy. No alcohol presence.
Overall: With the high demand of pastry stouts, this beer is a big distraction. Expected this to be almost sickly sweet, it was not. It is without doubt sweet but its balanced out with the roast and char.
