This is an imperial kettle sour from Brewing Projekt.
Pours gold trace of head almost a faint greenish hue from a 16 Oz can.
Smells tartly astringent but with a distinctly sweet almost jolly rancher-esque tone. Watermelons.
Taste in a nutshell is layered tart/sweet with some citrus IPA bitterness filling in across the palate. There is a nice wash of tartness right away that puckers then a wash of hard candy sweetness that takes off the edge. Some hoppy orange/citrus bitterness cleans the palate but leaves a lingering astringency.
Body is lighter than expected but holds together well with good carbonation that adds to the package.
Overall a solid kettle sour.

Looks a turbid golden color. No crown formed. Smells of lemon, lime & gummy candies. The taste brings more of the same. Lemon, lime, gummy candies but also has a little bit of an off aftertaste. Overall, it’s not bad but not great either. It could be cleaned up a bit.
