16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/13/2019. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, pepper, pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops, tropical/citrus fruit, lactose, and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, pepper, pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, pepper, pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops, tropical/citrus fruit, lactose, and bready malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/bitter/tartness balance, and no astringent hop/fruit flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/tartness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body;; with a very smooth, creamy, silky, bready, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/acidic mouthfeel that is amazing. Mild increasing warmth of 8% after the finish. Overall this is an amazing milkshake NEIPA. All around amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops, tropical/citrus fruit, lactose, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/acidic/drying finish; fantastic soft feel. Amazing Citra/Mosaic profile. Extremely juicy hops/fruit with some dank/earthy notes; with a nice sized lactose and wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering bitter/tart dryness. A highly enjoyable offering and amazing top tier style example. Really wonderful stuff, wow.

Pours a murky dark yellow with low, wispy head.

Smell is sweet and juicy with notes of oranges, mandarin oranges, vanilla, mango and guava.

Taste is sweet, juicy and quite intense. Notes of a heaping helping of tropical fruts, mainly mango, oranges, passionfruit and guava, along with vanilla and orange sorbet. Some bitterness, like that of citrus peel.

Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and soft, with good carbonation.

Overall, a great milkshake IPA, lacking the astringency the style sometimes has.
