Pours a dark brown with a three finger head. Aroma is all chocolate. Taste is chocolate, a bit of graham and some marshmallow. The marshmallow is reserved; chocolate is the predominate profile here. There is light to moderate carbonation. The beer is slightly less bodied than expected, just shy of moderate. The flavor profiles fade quickly and the ABV is well hidden.

16oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sticky sheets of lace on the glass. It smelled of graham cracker, marshmallow, chocolate and toffee. Nice toasted marshmallow taste with chocolate and toffee flavors.

Brewing Projekt The S’Morror Imperial Stout, 9.8% ABV. Almost called it a pastry stout, but not sweet enough. Pours black with a one-finger light brown head that left no lacing. Nose is marshmallow and graham. Taste is graham, chocolate, marshmallow, slightly sweet, moderately bitter. Mouthfeel is decent, though a tad over-carbonated. Overall excellent.

Pours a dark cola color with a tan head, the nose has the chocolate and graham aromas in abundance. The chocolate is most forward on the taste and the graham is a nice crackery flavor for balance, but the star of this beer for me is the marshmallow flavor - it is absolutely perfect.
This is a really nice flavor ride, and definitely hits the s’more notes. Really glad I had the opportunity to try this.

Pours a viscous deep dark brown with a thick reddish tan head after an aggressive pour. I'd give this a much higher "look" score but the head falls away rapidly leaving no lacing and only minimal legging when swirled. Aroma is toasted marshmallow, vanilla, and chocolate. Flavor follows the nose with the addition of the graham crackers. Very sweet, would probably be comfortable splitting a 12 ounce can of this with someone. In the 16 ounce format it's a bit much IMO. Feel is on the heavier side of medium bodied and syrupy. Overall a nice dessert beer. ABV is 8.1% according to another source.

Can. Tan head. Black color.
Sweet and syrupy. Lots of graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate. Has a maple syrup flavor too. Fairly thick, but also drinkable.
Definitely tastes like s’mores. A fun stout!
