L: A murky mix of fruit juices that comes across a mauve color with much sediment in suspension. The half inch head settles quickly and leaves little lace, but some sediment is left on the glass also.
S: Pineapple and guava forward. The strawberry takes third seat with some citric and lactic sourness. I love the guava aroma.
T: Tart and fruity as you may expect and follows the nose. This one is malty and very much reminiscent of a fruit smoothie, but it's lacking a touch of refinement and balance. Something that tells me this is still a beer and not spiked juice. The lime quality is also telling of the guava content.
F: Smoothie for sure, but likely due to the guava and lower level of filtration this one is a bit gritty, sludgy, and I can't overlook it with each drink. Requires an occasional stir and 'chew'.
O: I've been a fan of the smoothie sours for some time now. This is good but there are some true masters of the art out there. I enjoyed it none the less and would drink it again.

2/2 for brewing projekt in my book, absolutely fantastic smoothie beer. Dusty rose colored smoothie, frothy pink head. Smells strongly of the strawberry and guava, with pineapple slightly behind, get slight blackberry and lime too. Taste is tangy and slightly sour version of the nose those pineapple now steps up, get a kiss of raspberry add in. Goes down so smooth though thick. The wife loved it

This beer pours a chunky bright pink. The aroma is tart and sweet, with loads of strawberry and guava. The flavor features a big sugary blast and then a quick turn to tart, with load strawberry and guava, with himt of pineapple and grape. The mouthfeel is full, chunky, and smoothie-like. Overall a delicious, silly, fruit filled beer like beverage.
