Brewing Projekt Peach/Blackberry/Plum/Guava Imperial Fruited Sour, 8% ABV. Pours thick and opaque red, with a one finger light-red head that left puree residue. Nose is an incredible mashup of peach, blackberry, and marshmallow, with guava and plum in the background. Taste follows, with blackberry dominating, then peach and guava, moderately sweet marshmallow, and moderately tart fruit. Plum is here to take the edge off the tartness. Excellent thick and smooth mouthfeel, overall outstanding.

Can. White head with lace. Purple plum smoothie color.
This has a really good fruit combination. I really like the peach and plum up front. Guava mixed in with blackberry being the undertone. Lots of lactose and vanilla/marshmallow. This is pure Jamba Juice.

Delicious. All the fruit servings I need for a week. Massive blackberry tartness and pulpy stonefruit sweetness; the guava isn't as apparent. Mild acetic acidity, light lemon and caramel lacing. Full, pulpy bodied, lower carbonation. Fruit smoothie.

Opaque slushy rose with a lighter toned cap. Smell and taste are the same: plum and guava are vibrant in their stardom ring away, blackberry adds a movie theater icee flavoring to the mix with peach and marshmallow rounding out to avoid getting too heavy handed, apple and blueberry in the background. Super fruity, somewhat tart and sweet, decently thick that holds it back a little, but goes down so easily. The wife loved it
