Brewing Projekt Rhuberry Pie Puff Tart Pastry Sour, 4.7% ABV. Pours brownish red with a one-finger off-white head that left some lacing. Nose is an incredible mix of sweet strawberry, marshmallow and cinnamon. Taste is strawberry, rhubarb, marshmallow, and cinnamon, quite sweet, slightly tart. The nutmeg is probably there somewhere. Excellent thick mouthfeel due to the fruit puree, overall world-class.
