Ordered from Tavour, chilled and poured into an imperial pint glass.
Look: deep orange-guava color, opaque, with a small off white creamy aggressive head that dissipated quickly leaving no foam and no apparent bubbles. As we drank fruit pulp clung to the sides of the glass. Super small floaties in the beer, probably pulp from guava and pineapple.
Smell: smells of pineapple, guava and faint hints of cherry with trailing hints of vanilla.
Taste: Follows the smell. Slight sour acidic notes up front, followed by pineapple, guava and super light hints of cherry that trail and leave you with vanilla and tropical fruit flavors that hang and hang and hang.
Feel: full body beer but not super slushy for those that are into the slushy movement. It is a smooth drinking Berliner with intense fruit notes that are exactly as advertised.
We really liked this beer. If you are into the smoothy movement, and you like fruit beers, this is very pleasurable. We live in the Pacific Northwest and have a hard time getting beers like this here and so getting things like this from Tavour has been fun for us. On a recent road trip we stopped by the Brewing Projekt in Eau Claire and really enjoyed the place and their selection of amazing beers.
Cheers!

Brewing Projekt Gauvapplerry Puff Tart Sour, 4.78%. Pours a thick muddy orange, with a 1+ finger off-white head that left some residue and lacing. Nose is predictably a mashup of guava, pineapple, cherry, and vanilla. Taste is pretty damn bland actually, slightly sweet, slightly tart. Decent mouthfeel, overall good. This is hands-down the blandest sour, fruit or otherwise, that I've ever had - and one of the five blandest of any style. Either they didn't stir before canning or forgot to add the puree.

Pours a semi thick blood orange color with a creamsicle color head. Smell is fruity with guava mostly . Taste is as advertised guava first mixed with pineapple and then cherry in the finish. Mouth is fresh and juicy with fruit with some tartness and a creamy finish, BP is making some great fruited sours.
