This Gose-style ale is full of pineapple, sea salt, and a tea blend consisting of hibiscus, black currant, apple, blueberry, orange, & mango. If you think it sounds like summer in a tall cool glass... you're right. At 4.5% ABV go ahead and enjoy a couple two three if you want.

Brewing Projekt Cowabunga Pineapple/Sea Salt/Tea Gose, 5.4% ABV. Pours hazy orange with a half-finger white head that left slight lacing. Nose is pineapple and fruit tea. Taste follows, moderately sweet, barely tart, salt on the close. Decent mouthfeel, overall excellent. I was concerned about the tea, but it works.
