Brewing Projekt Razuavilla Puff Tart Raspberry/Guava/Vanilla Sour, 4.4% ABV. Pours thick and murky red with a one-finger pink head that left puree residue. Nose is raspberry, guava, and vanilla. Taste follows, equally tart and sweet, vanilla on the close. Excellent thick and smooth mouthfeel, overall excellent.

Ordered from Tavour, chilled, and poured into a hurricane glass.
Look: opaque red raspberry color; dense like a smoothie, thick three finger red-raspberry colored head that very slowly disappeared and left an intense amount of purée on the glass.
Smell: Red raspberry in your face, maybe a tiny bit of sweet guava, but mostly big raspberry. Really good smelling beer.
Taste: red raspberry up front, followed by mid guava notes and trailing fruity vanilla that lingers a while. There is an earthy note that is on the front end, but I would attribute it to the raspberry purée. No bitter or booze at all. For a sour, it is not super sour, but on the back end there is an acidic sour after that hangs for a while as well.
Feel: full and fruity with little to no carbonation. There is lactose in this one as well, but it is difficult to tell if the milk sugar adds anything (maybe smoothness?)
Puff tart kettle sours are amazing. We love the fruit smoothy movement right now and this one is right along those lines with intense fruity purée and a ton of vanilla. This really is like a blended fruit smoothy you would get a juice shop.
Cheers everyone!
