Brewing Projekt Blackberry Cheesecake Chomp Chomp Fruited Sour, 6.1% ABV. Pours thick and opaque medium-red with a half-finger light-red head that left puree residue. Nose is blackberry, graham, and cheesecake. Taste is mostly tart blackberry, some cheesecake, graham taste on the lips, slightly sweet, moderately tart. Decent creamy, thick, and smooth mouthfeel. Overall excellent. Blackberry really overpowered everything else.

This place needs to just stop. I come from a spoiled land but Weldwerks and Wiley Roots would probably put this place out of business if they were also from Colorado. Nothing about this is dialed in at all other than looking like a smoothie. Their 4 packs are not worth 25 bucks. Simply not even close to good enough for this style.

Chomp Chomp Blackberry Cheesecake
The Brewing Projekt
Date: No date
This is my third beer from this brewery; what I have tried has been stellar. The beer is served in my Stone RIS glass at 44 degrees. The pour created a pinkish/maroon creamy broken head. The retention is good and left massive amounts of lacing on the glass. The color is purplish and is opaque. The beer looks like a fruit smoothie.
The aromas are berries, graham crackers, sugar, milk, vanilla, and a toasty note character. The beer smells like it says, blackberry cheesecake; the nose is dominated by that smell.
The flavors in the beer are graham crackers, sugar, cream, vanilla, toastiness, cinnamon, and a tartness from the fruit.
The mouthfeel of the beer is thick, tart, and coating.
The body of the beer is heavy, has low carbonation, and has a long finish.
This beer is ridiculous. A liquid cheesecake with blackberries in beer form with a touch of sourness. I loved it!
