Puff Tart XL
The Brewing Projekt
Package Date Unknown.
My friend gave me this beer and said I must try it. This beer is 44 degrees and served in a tulip glass. This beer is thick; pouring it out of the can was like syrup. The hard pour finally produced a light yellow one-fingered head. The head retention surprisingly is average, leaving opaque lacing on the glass. The beer looks like a mango smoothie. I am not sure to classify this beer or an adult smoothie.

I smell mangos, pineapples, and marshmallows. Nosing further, I detect bread and fruity sweetness. I honestly cannot identify anything else; the fruit is aromatic.

The flavors in the beer are pineapple, marshmallows, lightly toasted malts, mangos, bread, lemons, and some acetic.

The mouthfeel is chewy, thick, coating, and slightly sour.

The body of the beer is heavy, has low carbonation, and has a long finish.

I did taste the kettle sour in this beer; however, the sourness is faint. This beer is loaded with fruit and marshmallows. I am stunned the beer has a high abv, and I could not perceive it. I would not mind a few more of these beers right now.
