Murky, rhubarb red colored body. One thin pinkish head, recedes to thin cap. Leaves behind some foamy residue.
Aroma of fruit (rhubarb and blackberry) and graham cracker. Slight whiff of cinnamon.
Taste is like a fruit torte with a graham cracker crust. Has the fruit sweetness and slight rhubarb and berry tartness. The graham cracker involves a little cinnamon. Sweet fruit notes into the aftertaste.
Thicker mouth feel. Good balance between the sweet and the sour. Okay carbonation. Very little alcohol expression.
Pasty fruited sour that smells and tastes like a dessert. One per session certainly.
