Brewing Projekt Obtain Intellect Raspberry/Mandarin Fruit Sour, 8.3% ABV. Pours thick and murky red with a one-finger pink head that left puree residue. Nose is raspberry and mandarin, taste follows moderately sweet, slightly tart, slightly bitter orange zest. Thick and smooth mouthfeel, overall extra excellent.
