Brewing Projekt Smoofee Sour Blackberry/Raspberry/Banana/Guava, 8.7% ABV. Pours extremely thick purple, not even sure it all came out of the can, one-finger pink head that left puree residue. Nose is blackberry, raspberry, and banana. Taste follows with raspberry and blackberry up front, and banana in the close, quite sweet moderately tart. Couldn't find the Guava. Excellent thick and smooth mouthfeel, overall world-class.

Pours a very cloudy smoothie like purple color with no head. Has a mainly blackberry aroma with a hint of raspberry. On the taste, blackberry predominates, followed by raspberry with banana at the end. Heavy bodied with no carbonation.

Smoofee Sour: Blackberry, Raspberry, Banana, & Guava
The Brewing Projekt
Date: No Date
I have only consumed their fruit beers, and they are dangerously delicious. I just got this beer, so the date of production is close to when I drank it. The beer is 44 degrees and, I used a tulip glass. The sludgy pour created an off-brownish reddish head with good retention. Bits of fruit and lacing was left on the glass after it dissipated. The color is dark purple and opaque.

The aromas are raspberries, blackberries, banana, a hint of tropical, fruity sweetness, and lightly toasted malts. I cannot detect any sourness, just the tartness from the fruits.

I taste blackberries, lemons, raspberries, bananas, pears, a subtle tropical note, lightly toasted malts, and fruity sweetness.

The mouthfeel is chewy, thick, and tangy.

The body of the beer is heavy, has low carbonation, and long-lasting finish.

I enjoyed this beer. Not sure if this is a beer or an Adult Jamba Juice. The sourness comes through on the taste and not the nose. The flavors are bright and tarty. The alcohol content is scary; I could not tell how much alcohol was in the beer. It is a tad sweet, probably from the bananas. What a creation, and I am glad I got to sample it.

Pours a thick dense purple color with almost no head almost looked flat way to thick Smell is better with the berries hard to detect banan and guava . Taste is all blackberry with bits of banana not much guava. Mouth feel is fresh fruit some tartness but way too sweet , A fan of BP fruited sours the featured fruits and the Smoofee series this was a miss for me way to sweet and thick like a purée.
