16oz can. No dating information found. ABV% as marked on label is 4.9%. This version has strawberry, rhubarb, cinnamon, and marshmallow flavoring.
Murky, reddish brown colored body. Pinkish head gets scarce shorting after the pour. Leaves behind jagged lacing rings.
Aroma is mainly strawberry, cinnamon, and marshmallow (vanilla). The rhubarb is weak.
Taste uses the rhubarb to better effect here, with a sour/tart balance to the sweeter flavors. The sweeter flavors are strawberry and vanilla/marshmallow, Cinnamon gives an earthy spice addition. All continue into the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Dry finish. Moderately close to a tooth scraper. Good carbonation.
Full flavored kettle sour. The cinnamon adds a bit of complexity.
