Brewing Projekt Wild Berry Mode Fruited Sour, 10.4% ABV. Pours thick and opaque brick-red, with a one-finger pink head that left light puree residue. Nose is strawberry, raspberry, and other fruits. Taste follows, plus cherry, equally tart and sweet, with salt on the finish. Nice thick and creamy mouthfeel, overall outstanding. I could drink a lot of these, but at 10.4% I'd be feeling it.

Look: hazy, dark raspberry. Modest pinkish head on the pour that mostly subsides.
Smell: in your face, slightly tart berries.
Taste: like the nose. Slightly tart, rich berries. The sea salt adds a nice touch.
