Brewing Projekt Jungo Joose Pineapple/Plum/Sea Salt Imperial Fruited Sour, 8.1% ABV. Pours thick, medium-reddish-brown, and opaque, with a 5/16" light orange head that left puree residue. Nose is pineapple and plum, taste follows plus sea salt, quite sweet, slightly tart. Excellent thick and smooth mouthfeel with decent carbonation. Overall outstanding. One of their better fruited sours. Like Drekker BP is also using plum to good effect, takes the sharp edge off tart fruits.
