Brewing Projekt Paprifruit Puff Tart Fruited Kettle Sour, 5.1% ABV. Pours opaque orange with a one-finger off-white head that disappeared quickly, leaving no lacing. Nose is strong marshmallow/vanilla and apricot/peach mashup. Taste is apricot, peach, and slight marshmallow/vanilla, equally sweet and tart. Decent mouthfeel, if a bit light on carbonation. Overall excellent to outstanding-adjacent.
