Brewing Projekt Caramel Applocalypse Gose, 5.2% ABV. Pours opaque orange with a one-finger white head that left puree residue. Nose is apple and caramel. Taste follows, quite sweet, light tartness. Nice creamy mouthfeel, overall outstanding. I usually don't like apple beers, but this is damn good.

How many of us remember Gomer Pyle saying, "Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!"?
This beer pours very true to name with a caramel colored brew, with floaty bits and only a light head. Aroma is immediately caramel. Taste is moderately thick, with caramel sweetness everywhere. There is a hint of salt but this screams caramel and it is delightful. This is a cannot-put-down brew and one for the books.

pours ugly, chunky brownish yellow with no head.
Smells immediately of apple, then well-caramelized caramel and pretty much ends there.
This is caramel candy apple sweet tasting but it isn't a bad taste. Burnt caramel and apple cider flavor and a grainy taste of granola. I get just a slight amount of cinnamon on the back end of the taste. If there is vanilla it's lost in the overall sweetness. I actually like the flavor but I'm not finding beer anywhere in the mix.
Texture is medium with a little light, soft grit like pulp. Very meek cinnamon in the aftertaste.
Ok...it's no looker and it's all out of whack as far as being a gose or maybe even a beer. I like the flavors but this might be better heated in a mug with a cinnamon stick.

This was decent but not really noteworthy or worth recommending. Very caramel heavy and not balanced really. Still tastes decent if you like sweeter things. Not bad, not great. Good idea though
