A Berliner Weisse Style Ale with Strawberry & Rhubarb.
Pours hazy guava colored with vigorous carbonation and a four finger head. Aroma is immediately sour and predominantly rhubarb. There may be some strawberry there and if so, it's very light. Taste is puckeringly sour and here is where the strawberry kicks in, with rhubarb playing second fiddle. Not necessarily crisp but clean and fruity. If you like tart, you will like this.
