I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a three sample flight. It poured a clear golden with thin white ring head that did not leave any lace. The scent had good sweet malt, bourbon and barley notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to sip. There was barley and bourbon presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.
