Brewing Projekt Paczki XL Fruit Filled Donut Sour Ale, 7.1% ABV. Pours opaque maroon with a half-finger light-red head that left puree residue. Aroma is strawberry, raspberry, vanilla, and almond. Taste follows with tart fruit up front then vanilla and almond, moderately sweet, quite tart. Decent mouthfeel, overall excellent to outstanding-adjacent. Perfect balance of sweetness and tartness.
