Served in an oversized, stemless, wine glass
This beer pours a murky plum color. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves little lacing. Bits of puréed fruit cling to the side of the glass.
The berries and tangerines are there. The marshmallow is definitely in the aroma as well.
Berry flavor right off the bat with the tang of the tangerines quickly following. The marshmallow tied it all together quite nicely.
Full bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
Very enjoyable smoothie sour after an eleven-hour Indian summer workday.
