Brewing Projekt Pineapple Upside-down Cake, 8.5% ABV. Pours hazy orange with a half-finger white head that left wispy lacing. Aroma is pineapple, cherry, and vanilla. Taste is mostly pineapple, light cherry, vanilla, cinnamon, faint granola, quite tart, slightly sweet. Decent mouthfeel, overall excellent.
