From the crowler via the brewery whilst doing pub run with Bluejacket74,
Laura, and the Little Lady. This MONSTER pours a deep obsidian with a quickly
fizzling head of brown foam that goes to a thin ring...but with a touch of motion
she has wonderful legs! Nose of sweet bourbon, dark brown sugars, vanilla,
subtle oak, and dark chocolate. Flavors....wow....period. Dark chocolate appears and
is then eclipsed by waves of bourbon, vanilla, light oak, subtle cream, brulee, light
char and deep roast, faint coffee, and an abundance of dark fruits amongst the
toffee and deep caramel flavors. Excellent mouth feel; full body, smooth, rich, coating,
light carbonation, warming, and a lightly dry finish.
Good grief.....I think I am in love....bottle or can this PLEASE and send it to Jungle Jim's
AKA Mecca of good brew ASAP!
Ill Mannered is astounding....great brews!
