I am trying this beer off the tapper at The brewery as part of a five sample flight. It poured a rich mahogany amber with very thin white ring head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had smoothing bourbon and dark fruit notes. The taste was boozy leaning and easy to sip. In your face bourbon presence with lingering old fashion flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
