I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a five sample flight whilst running an errand to the post office. It poured an opaque dark with reddish hue with fizzy thin khaki ring head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had chocolate and mild berry notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet chocolate malt base with berry presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with fizzy carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.
