16.9 ounce bottle, no dating I noticed on the bottle or label. Big thanks to Brutaltruth for this! Served in a chalice, the beer pours a mostly clear dark reddish/brown color with about an inch tan head that stuck around a little while. Good amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like port wine, dark fruit, vanilla, caramel and brown sugar. Taste is similar to the aroma but with a little more of a kick, and with the addition of some raisin, oak, and plum flavors. I think the port wine/dark fruitiness stands out here but without overpowering the other flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's a bit coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. Thought this one was pretty good overall, definitely worth trying if you get the chance!

From the 1 pt 9 fl oz bottle in a snifter via the brewery. This excellent
brew pours a deep ruby tinged mahogany with a decent head of khaki foam
that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and sports some light lacing. Nose
of rich vinous port wine, vanilla, subtle oak, raisin, toffee, brown sugars, and peach
preserves. Flavors follow the nose with light exceptions with brown sugars, toffee,
moderately dry port wine, light oak, vanilla, peach and orange marmalade, and a
light raisin bread note. Mouth feel is medium, smooth, moderately warming, nicely
balanced, light carbonation, and a medium dry to dry finish that is well presented.
Overall, another brew from a fantastic brewery! Can't say enough about them. Solid
brews done right in Ohio!
Cheers
