Copenhagen 11/10 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Light blue can with a strange mask. Looks like a cross between a Greek God and a pig.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with citric notes. Mango and passion fruit. Grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine dry and bitter, no nonsense APA.
