Canned 3/12/24. “It means wheat!” stamped on the bottom of the can
Well I probably shouldn’t have waited 6 months after canning to drink and review huh? Especially for not being a particularly big fan of the style anyway. Oh well, I’m sure it’ll still be decent
Pours a clear pale yellow with 2 fingers of soapy white head that slowly fades to a thin ring and leaves minimal lacing
The nose is gentle and fruity, it’s closer to being a Hefeweizen than it is to Wit. I’m picking up aromas of banana bread, sweet honey, bubblegum, earthy wheatgolden raisin, lemon zest, light clove, and citrusy hops
Actually I take it back on the age thing, this beer is still somehow bright and pretty fresh, feeling more like a sharper Kristallweizen here. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting lemon zest, crackery malt, honey, banana, white tea, light grass, and white grape. The swallow brings notes of lemon juice, bready malt, banana, bubblegum, white grape, orange zest, light coriander
A light body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a slick beer. Finishes boje dry and refreshing
I’ll be damned, this one was actually really good. I might have to pick up more of this actually

Pours a bright, hazy, orange yellow with a big cap of white foam. The aroma has notes of white pepper and clove. The flavor is tremendous. It really evokes a traditional witbier. Lemon, witbier, a hint of clove, some faint banana. So good. It has a soft mouthfeel with perfect carbonation.
