Odd Man Rush Brewing

really fun little spot here, a hockey themed brewery, its a subtle theme i guess, but the beer names, the decor, and the vibe all fit, and there was puck on tv when we were in, its a great space, mellow and inviting, and they appear to be expanding into the room next door, where an event space and stage were being set up when we visited. looks unassuming from the outside, a newer mixed use sort of plaza area, but inside its cozy, dimly lit, warm, with a wall of hockey sticks on the right going up the stairs to a cool lofted seating area, straight ahead to the bar where maybe a dozen or so beers were pouring, ipa heavy but a good mix. there is another little seating area off to the side, and then you walk through a door into the expansion part, which will add a lot of capacity for them. a lot of the beers have hockey names which is cool. i had the enforcer ipa and the willie oree oatmeal stout, both solid and well constructed, the ipa slihghtly more compelling, sturdy and old school. i grabbed a few cans to go too, and i am excited to dip into them this weekend. really good service here too, friendly and personable, i will look forward to my next visit. for hockey fans this place is next level, cozy atmosphere, yummy beers, neat hockey memorabilia and decor, into it!
