Poured from a 500ml bottle into a pint glass. A hazy amber yellow with a thin head that soon diminishes to a ring.
Citrus in the nose
Mild lacto-sour fruity taste. Very mild mango but the lime is present.
Light body with mild carbonation.
Nice balance between the sweet and sour. Light and refreshing. Not as sour as a regular Berliner. The addition of the Gose salt makes this and awesome summer beer.
