On tap at the brew house. A one finger tan head on a clear amber brown. The head soon diminishes to a ring. Lots of patchy lacing.
Toffee malt smells.
Fruit up front. A mild prickly brett in the finish. Probably due to the Foeder aging.
Medium body and carbonation.
Lots to like. Smooth. balanced. Interesting flavour.
