Medium: Cork + flute glass.
Opacity: Bright to hazy.
Color: Straw with tons of activity.
Head: Foamy 2 finger.
Legs: Good with okay swirl reaction.
Smell: Cider/Green olives/Champagne yeast.
Taste: Green grapes/Lemon/Hay/Floral/Peppery.
Feel: Cereal/Light esters/Light spices/Champagne.
Body: Light slick and fluffy, slightly oily.
Carbonation: Heavily crispy and fizzy, close to champagne.
Overall: Excellent quality Champagne Brut Ale. Not used to the style but liked the experience, it's like a really bubbly and soft wild ale. No way this is 10% ABV being this easy to drink.
Visual 6/10 - Flavors 8.5/10 - Sensations 8.5/10 - Balance 8/10 -
Freshness 8.5/10 - Intensity 5/10 - Complexity 8/10 - Appreciation 8.5/10
Happy new year and cheers!
