This beer does not represent a blonde at all. It's sweet in sugary way without any of the yeast or sweet malt profiles I'd expect from a blonde. The colour and smell were great and I was anticipating a good example but the taste does not match the nose. When I asked others who've had this brew if they had similar experiences or if I had a bad bottle and they reported the former. Cannot recommend.

pours a hazey dark honey. slight head , dissipates quickly,
smells of grains and honey like the color, cidery tones, oats. sweetness.
tastes bready, malty, nutty, honey comes thru on all senses, oats. like a warm oat biscuit.
mouth feel has a slickness on the finish im not accustomed to, but itd be very good as a sessional.
otherwise mouthfeel is bright at first then fades to a buttery finish,
overall, may just be a bottling or age issue, but it seems like this bottle may have
just lost its spark somewhere on the trail. tastes like an otherwise great blonde that
may have lost a bit of it's carb. although if intended as low carbonation sessional beer,
I could see that. I will have to try it again as my taste for it may develop.
this beer a little bit more heady would be really something id drink.
I look forward to seeing where how this beer grows.

A nice blonde from a local brewer.
This one taste pretty much like a blonde should be.
No more comment, it is one that should be in the refrigerator all the time.
