Cloudy and turbid in appearance with a nice white head that leaves lots of lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma consists of pineapple, faint toasted bread, orange, lime zest, pine and a touch of peach.
Flavor is much of the same. Big bitterness punch cuts the juicy sweetness. Finish is long, complex and dry.
Mouthfeel is medium minus.
Another quality brew from MTBC, but wouldn't mind a little more hop presence in the flavor and aroma.
