Very little head on the pour, topaz straw in color. Aroma is jalapeno and malt. Flavor is great, one of the best chile beers I have tried. Refreshing and crisp, low spice and hops. The jalapeno serves as the bittering agent to sweet malt finish. Mouth feel is light and bubbly. Would definitely have more than one, that isn't common for chile beers.
