A classic India Pale Ale, RBJ is characterized by its high hoppiness. Aged over oak chips, RBJ has a good dose of hops thrown into the serving tank, a process known as dry hopping, which contributes to a very dry refreshing flavor.

Poured a cloudy brownish orange with a long lasting and very sticky lightly tanned head.
Smell was light with a hint of grapefruit and herbal hops.
Taste a slighty sweet light maltyness to it that was quickly overtaken by a crisp herbal hop flavor that had a slight bit of mint flavor mixed into it.
Mouthfeel was about medium thickness with a light bit of tongue coating.
Overall easily drinkable, but not exceptional.
