Presentation: 16oz pint on tap
Appearance: Dark, slightly hazy golden eer with a pretty impressive creamy ivory cap with good retention
Smell: Crisp, clean, and slightly fruity (apple/pear combination?)
Taste: Slightly herbal/fruity hops with a medium hop bitterness...yet somehow this is almost a little cloyingly sweet/fruity...I'd like this a bit drier and a bit lighter on the mouthfeel
Mouthfeel: Light/medium bodied, though I'd like a bit lighter mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Medium.
Conclusion: A bit too fruity, a bit too heavy, I'd like a bit more attenuation on this one.
