Poured a dirty dark brown with a light sticky head.
The smell had a mild roasted barley and coffee smell.
The flavor is very mild, light and chocalaty with light burnt malt undertones and a light bit of earthy hops.
The mouthfeel has a light creamy body.
Overall its very drinkable, but more in a standard porter sort of way, doesn't fit the Baltic porter style very well.

This was listed as a Baltic Porter by the brewery, so I've listed it that way as well. But if asked, I wouldn't attach the Baltic to it.
Dark brown but red highlights when backlit, and more opaque than some others of the style. Modest tan head with just a little retention and patchy lacing.
SMELL Mild at first, but gets better and stronger during the sample. Roasty, hints of chocolate and vanilla, cherry/fruity, backed by malty sweetness and a bit of booze.
TASTE medium roast, almost sort of cherry/dark fruit, solid malty backbone, and some sort of perfumy/medicinal flavor late. Some slightly harsh black patent like bitterness rising into the finish and lingering.
FEEL mild fiz, Medium body, creamy in the middle, medium viscosity, strongish alc warming and a drying, bitter finish.
OVERALL As stated above, not really to style as a Baltic Porter. Porter yes, Baltic no. Has some elements of a Baltic, not not enough to warrant the label. That said, not a bad beer. With fairly low expectations of this brewery, I was pleased and had no trouble finishing the pint.
