On draft at Rock Cut. Poured a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of biscuity malt, caramel and toffee. Sweet caramel taste with a mild citrusy bitterness.

Pours crystalline clear. Soft and rounded grassy hop nose. Low bitterness. Easy sipper. Sweet finish. Enjoyed fresh from the source in beautiful Estes Park!

Hazy unfiltered lager. Good malt/pilsner balance, meaning lot less hops than most micros. Hop flavor is easygoing and a tad sweet. As if High Life had a baby with a good white ale, and the baby was a really good well behaved baby

Very light and spicy from the Saaz. Fluffy head, great pale yellow color. Nicely done Pilsner, very drinkable.
