This traditional North German Pilsner showcases a crisp, dry lager with a raw, grainy malt presence with just a hint of honey. The assertive noble hops display a subtle black pepper over green tea, perfect for a sunny summer day. • Featured ingredients: Pilsner malt and Hallertau Mittelfrueh & Saphir hops • Recommended adventure: soaking your legs in the North Fork of the Big Thompson River after running Crosier Mountain.

Crowler from Rock Cut. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of bread crust, caramel and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with citrus and a mlid bitterness.
