Pours a pale straw with orangeish highlights and slightly cloudy. Light head dissipates quickly leaving moderate lacing. Aroma: sour funk and tropical fruit. The soured fruit dominates the flavour. Some bready yeasty notes. No discernable hop character but nicely sharp carbonic bight.

Big thanks to DR in TO for the bottle!
Pours a cloudy, orangish-hay color with a short fizzy head with no retention or lacing. The nose has a big breads component, lots of yeast, yogurt, and mild citrus. The taste is similar with bread and biscuits coming through first, sweet toasted malt, a touch of acid, lemon, yogurt. Light body with lively carbonation. A nice beer but a bit muttled.
