Billed as a White Chocolate Imperial Stout
Poured a clear, amber color with a short, fizzy, fleeting head and no lacing. The nose is very chocolate forward with a touch of bready grain and yeast. The taste is a strange mix of toasted grain and overly sweet white chocolate with a hit of bittering hops on the finish...bizzare, but not in a good way. To its credit Guiltier hides its 9% alcohol very well, but the mouthfeel is thin. IMHO, a white stout is a misnomer to begin with, but style guilds aside, this brew is just unfocused with competing flavor profiles.
