Got on trade! 500ml bottle served at 4deg C in a draught glass
A- Opens well and pours a huge brown head that lasts forever until film out. Maybe 8-10mins. Very dark almost black colour
S- Sour.
T- Sour, very sour. Roasted malt at the end. Pretty sour though. Touch single ended but it does have depth
M- Dry and tart
O- Nice blend. Different for sure. Needs some molasses or something flavorful to bring this one up a touch.
Food Pairing
This nice little brew went well with...... Roasted chicken with stuffing
