Double dry-hopped with Citra & Mosaic, this glorious IPA is saturated with exquisite fruit flavours and heady aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, and refined for a restrained bitterness. The addition of white grapes gives the body extra complexity and juicy qualities befitting this stellar brew.

Pours very pale. Not attractive. The nose is hoppy with malt. The head is quite aggressive.
Interesting taste. Hoppy bitter, yes, but the malt takes it into a different direction. Somewhat odd, but not a bad beer albeit too dry.

Enjoyed a Jan 2022 batch. Pours opaque yellow gold with decent collar and lacing. Mango and lemon forward nose with citrus finish. Citrus forward bubbly first sip with mild finish. Not too hoppy and decently balanced.

Pours cloudy yellow with a compact but long lasting head that drapes the glass in foam. The aroma is citrusy with some floral notes and malt sweetness in the back. Lemon, grapefruit, pine hops in the taste with a cookie dough malt ballast and some lactic sugar sweetness. Medium to light bodied with light carbonation. Medium bitterness and lingering sweetness in the nearly cloying finish.
An OK IPA but the hops could have more presence and there's too much sweetness. I wouldn't seek this out again.

Got this from the brewery in Toronto
From a 500ml bottle into a snifter
DDH IPA
APPEARANCE: Pours out super cloudy and yields a one finger, very loose and bubbly white head with lousy retention. Looks like juice bubbles. Head quickly recedes to a bubbly ring only. Cloudy or muddy amber orange with no carbonation evident. Ends up looking flat by the end. Good body but lousy head.
SMELL: Super fruity and yeasty nose. Lots of passion fruit, mango and pineapple on the nose. Slightly tangy with lemon notes too. Bold and tropical with a blast of tangy passion fruit. Really nice.
TASTE: Passion fruit and lemon-lime up front. Pineapple too. Plenty forthcoming with a bold finish of slightly tart fruit, tropical passion fruit, mango and pineapple lingering on the palate. Really tropical and fruity with a touch of piney bitterness.
PALATE: Light body and quite loose and airy on the palate. Goes down airy and finishes a bit dry. Some light bitterness lingers. Very loose and airy, thin and watery.
OVERALL: This one is an anomaly. It’s lovely in terms of flavor and aroma. There’s piles of the good stuff all over the place here. Unfortunately it lacks in execution, with an abomination of a head and a thin, airy and watery body. Would love to see them take another shot at this recipe. It really does show piles of promise.

A-light Orange in color with a circle of white head that floats innocently
S-A little peppery and spicy on the nose with notes of citrus and orange
M-Medium body with the sensation of heavy thick viscocity. Carbonation is on the higher end with some spice tingle
T-Dry and crisp upfront with a citrus tang and what i believe to be an Amarillo hop spice.
O-Decent beer, less sweet and dryer than what i have recently been drinking...
